Winery Specifications
Wine Movement:
We supply 100 feet of wine hose from our pump to our bottling line. If additional hose is needed, winery will need to provide.
Wine will be filtered and bottle ready prior to bottling. At time of bottling, wine will pass through a 1 micron canister filter and a .45/.5 micron canister filter. Filtration can be bypassed with written consent from wine maker. Wineries will need to supply filters.
Electrical:
Precision Wine Bottling requires a single phase 240/100 amp service with a 4 pin connector (contact Precision Bottling to assist with plug)
Label Specs:
Labels need to be wound counter clockwise with label unrolling from the left. All labels must be wound on a 3-inch core. Precision Wine Bottling has the capability of applying one single label, or a front and back label.
Staffing:
Staffing is extremely important to ensure an efficient bottling day. It is recommended that the winery supply three people to help on bottling day.
- At the end of the trailer, one person will be needed to empty boxes on the conveyor.
- At the return end of the conveyor one person is responsible of repacking cases.
- Outside the trailer, one person will be needed to bring empty cases and remove full cases.
